Who is in SOLA associates?
SOLA Associates is made up of a dynamic team of professionals and facilitators. Each of us has a specialised background and areas of expertise in various industrial sectors.

GINA DHARMAWAN is the Founder and Executive Director of SOLA ASSOCIATES. Together with SOLA her team and key partners, she is facilitating a learning organisation, leadership and capacity building workshops and seminars in NGO’s and Companies (Media television, newspaper, health, banking, SME’s, telecommunication and retails) in many cities in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

She is also one of the few Graphic Recorder in Asia.Graphic Recording is a way of recording information using mind-mapping ability that is shared during lectures, conversations, dialogue in the workshops and seminars. It is a great tool to have when words make it more difficult to understand certain ideas and concepts which requires great skill in active listening, visual thinking and drawing in the same time.

Before she establish SOLA, her career started in the retail industry, in which she had a six-year experience in the consumer goods business including her Event Organizer company. She also played an instrumental role in her service at  United In Diversity (UID – an NGO based in Indonesia and USA) as executive director for 5 years. Together with UID executive academy team, she was co-designing an executive leadership program called IDEASIndonesia (Innovative Dynamic Education and Action for Sustainability) that designed for young leaders or future leaders of Indonesia from the three sectors to focus on sustainable and collaborative leadership to address Indonesia’s complex challenges in collaboration with MIT (Masacussets Institute of Technology), Cambridge – Boston USA.

Her life experience in social activity with UID community development teamwas managing relief efforts activities such as rebuilding fishing fleets, emergency food aid, scholarship program and building houses of one village in Nias Island as well managing health aid donation in Aceh after the devastation of  Tsunami. She was also a Board of  Trustee member of YPKB – Yayasan Peduli Komunitas Bangsa, a foundation that focusing on Education and Social- Activities in the community. She believes that her presence in the neighborhood should give positive impact and adding value to the society. Her commitment on Education including to be the Chairperson in PSG (Parents Support Group) BINUS International School Serpong for two academic years 2007-2009 and as faculty member of Haggai Institute Indonesia.

She is currently one of an advisory panel for Taman Karsa, an Indonesian nonprofit organization that uses music education to fight extreme poverty. The inspiration came from movements around the world that have already used the power of music to change lives.

Gina holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from HES (HogereEconomische School), Amsterdam, the Netherlands and currently teaching and joining a master program at Trisakti for Company Social responsibility (MM-CSR) and in progress of publishing her book about ‘Effective Leadership’ and an article contributor in a National Newspaper Sinar Harapan of a column  ‘Sekolah Kehidupan’ (‘School of Life’).

She is married to Frans Sugiarta, live in BSD city-Tangerang – Indonesia and they have two daughters, Melissa and Jemima.

More than fourteen years experience in multinational and national advertising company with the latest title as Account Director and strategic planner. Very strong contact with client, internal staff and other related company contact persons. Has special interest and passion to public service communication and planning. Special experience in Public service communication as follows: JHU-STARH program (Reproductive Health program) for 5 consecutive year; World Vision – Exclusive Breastfeeding project, Hand washing project; Public Works Ministry – communication plan for PLP, a 20 years communication direction, as well as handling Sanitation Day dan Jambore Sanitasi, work for another Department PU project which is concentrating in Neighborhood upgrading program, as consultant. Currently work part time as Strategic Planner, and a trainer on communication, sex education, HIV, adolescence etc. Other part of the time used for a ministry in Haggai Institute.

Meyereth adalah supporting team & teaching assistant SOLA Associates. Perannya adalah mendukung team facilitator untuk pendataan peserta, pembuatan laporan pelatihan disertai tools questionaire yang mendukung pembelajaran menjadi maksimal.

Saat ini ia aktif dalam pengembangan network marketing pada salah satu perusahaan International di Jakarta, selain turut serta dalam mengembangkan dan menyalurkan talenta mengajarnya di bidang pendidikan dalam homeschooling yang bersifat part-time.

Dengan personality yang dinamis, penuh semangat dan kehangatan dengan mudah ia berpartisipasi dalam ruang lingkup sosial, khususnya relasi antar manusia dan ruang lingkup psikologi.  Kerinduannya untuk dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi banyak orang, memicu dirinya untuk dapat terus eksis dan belajar menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik lagi.

Meyereth tinggal di Jakarta, belum menikah dan telah menyelesaikan pendidikan akhirnya di YAI University of Psychology di Jakarta.
